Yoga Classes in Santa Fe, NM

“Pat Shapiro's approach to yoga leads her students to find that essential quiet space within which makes a thoughtful and often joyful life possible. The emphasis in her classes upon movement and upon the way in which the breath supports the body and calms the mind are the greatest gifts to her students.”
