Yoga Classes in Santa Fe

All classes are taught in a small group setting, so that you can receive individual attention. The classes offer a step-by-step approach that recognizes your stage of life and physical abilities and adapts poses to suit your particular needs. Classes are taught as a series so that students can progress together as a group. New students are always welcome.

Pat Shapiro

“Pat Shapiro's approach to yoga leads her students to find that essential quiet space within which makes a thoughtful and often joyful life possible. The emphasis in her classes upon movement and upon the way in which the breath supports the body and calms the mind are the greatest gifts to her students.”
